M1 0-20 has the GM 6094 M spec, what about Honda and Toyota 0-20? Doubt if they do.

They all shine in cold weather, what's the problem with giving the OP choices? Also why would Honda and Toyota bother with a GM spec? Just because it isn't on the label doesn't mean it won't work. Besides I mentioned M1 too.

Actually I was suprised M1 0-20 had the GM spec. You normally don't consider a 0-20 as spec'd for a GM engine.

When it gets THAT cold, time to plug in your block heater. It's really the only solution. I don't care what the specs say, or what 0W oil you have.....time to plug your car in!

M1 0W-20 has the lowest MRV @ -40 of any oil I know of but that doesn't mean it's the lightest at less extreme temp's.
At temp's down to about -15C the Toyota 0W-20 due to it's 216 VI (KV40 is only 37.38cSt) is the light oil champ; 35% lighter than M1 at 0C.
