All meats at the deli counter are not very good for you.
What about turkey? Home roast, off the bone, etc. I assume it's baked not cured.
Deli turkey is generally loaded with salt, up to 1000mg in a 4 ounce serving.
Roasting your own turkey would be far healthier from that perspective...should be less than 100mg in the same 4 ounces.
Trim that top left fat and it's not bad … I'd still sizzle a piece just to see what you get …
Had a BLT with avocado last night, yummy
You had a Lettuce, Guacamole, Bacon and Tomato sandwich.
What about the Q?
Someone finally picked up on it. I dont know... Quint?
Quinoa would be trendy...
BTW, I had some punk in a Panera try to shame me for ordering a "kih-know-uh" dish, he repeated it as "keen-wa" with a great flourish and a smarmy smile.
I looked it up and the original pronunciation is "kih-new-uh", so I was a lot closer than him!
Take that, hipster!
Only saw him in that Panera once, assume he got fired for being a jerk.
The label says "stuffed bacon."
What is it stuffed with? I can't imagine it's just spices. If it's just spices, then it would have been 'marinated', not 'stuffed'.
