Anyone know what kind of oil this is?

I understand safety data sheets are often vague and not intended as recipes, but I wonder if there is any meaningful difference between hydrotreated neutral oil-based 72623-87-1 and hydrotreated heavy paraffinic 64742-54-7 - the latter being much more common.
