+1 I am doing grad school and working full time, really makes it tough to work out much.
I was a rower in college, back then I was about 210, 6ft4, wore a 48L jacket and size 33-34 pants. Couldnt get a proper suit. Now I am about 30# heavier (if Im not, I will be between thanksgiving and Christmas), and more like a size 38.
I need to get back on the rowing machine. For folks who want a good, efficient workout that can be aerobic or anaerobic and really work the body, the rowing machine is an awesome, non-impact way to do it, without many of the risks of weightlifting (did that for a long time too, saw plenty of folks get injuries).
Setting a goal and just doing it is key. If you don't make it happen, then you dont really want it. I havent really wanted it for a while now, but dont want to get fat. Timely post, this and the other recent one like it.
