Can't we introduce mange or ticks? What would happen if you just distribute a bunch of crack cocaine? Would it revitalize the self predatory behaviors? Pirate boat shows up ..you throw them a batch of crack.

That should have them cutting each others throats for their share.


The major difference (in this instance) is you're not dealing with apartheid or oppression or humiliation that you are in other forms of (what would be called) terrorism. This you cannot solve by reconfiguring the social/political climate. Here you have pure free enterprise motivating the unacceptable behavior.

This is surely where a "culling of the herd" is the most sensible action. You're never going to capture their hearts and minds by easing their plight.
