Amsoil Signature 0w vs. 5w

I was looking at the chart below and this is not really about Amsoil vs. other brands but specifically about their Signature 0w20 vs the 5W20.
Forget the owners manual and recommended this or that. Given the specs between these two am I wrong to assume they are really interchangeable and the nod would go to 5W20 because of the Noack # and the other specs seem to indicate that there is not much difference between them?

It appears we really don't need both flavors all things considered? Any thoughts?
 
Some place in Alaska might benefit from the 0w-20 though.

Well the 0W20 is tested at -35C while the 5w20 is only tested at -30C, so unless you get colder than -30C the 5w20 is probably the better product with respect to NOACK as you mentioned

Agreed; much less NOACK, for one thing. Slightly thinner at operating temp.

True; but all things even, given the choice between a pretty darn good NOACK an another oil with only 60% of the burn off, it's an easy choice.
