I run 0w30 in my turbocharged car...but I don't wail on it constantly at all either. For every 100 miles I drive I might be in boost 1-5 of those.
But if I were driving a little bit older vehicle hard, and a boosted car at that, I doubt I'd consider a 0w at all. Newer cars are designed and specified for it. Older cars with some miles on them aren't exactly the prime market for these oils though.

You can easily see the specifications on the RD50. Castrol might take some digging. I can say with certainty the RD50 15W-50 will flow much better than the 20W-50.

2nd on Pablo`s recommendation. Go with the 15W50.
The RD50 is thinner at -20C° than the Syntec is at -15C°.
Your oil viscosity choice should be made based on what sort of oil pressure and maximum oil temps you're seeing in your car.
All the discussion so far is just plain guessing.
If you don't have these gauges I'd recommend you install them.

Idk, I read some stuff in this thread after looking up the Dominator series. Although I dont have a Subaru, it still made me a little concerned

As they admittedly point out, Dominator clearly mentions it is acceptable for street use. If it were not able to be run on the street, I would be expect Amsoil to notify that strongly in the product description.
Stout oil, made or a race-oriented motor that gets driven hard quite often. Not designed with a high TBN and extended interval particulars, but that isn't what you're going for, so you're just fine.
By the way, it probably still has quite a bit higher TBN than the majority of shelf oils, if I had to go out on a limb.

Some good questions remain unanswered, but the AMO 10W-40 or the HDD 5w30 are good choices as well.
