After searching around on the internet, I found out that Amsoil has two filters equivalent in size to the ACDelco PF47: Amsoil EA15K29, and Amsoil EAO29. However, only the EA15K29 shows up on Amsoil's site. According to their search box, the EAO29 doesn't exist and never has; yet the EAO29 shows up on cross reference charts all over the internet.

Certain Amsoil filters/applications were changed to 15K max miles for the filter/application. That is the one you mention. The Ea029 is an older number no longer being made.
