Yep, and I'm sure lotsa ladies in her prison will want to spend some quality time with her.

Forensic evidence that she was involved, is non-existent. No finger prints, no hairs, no nothing.

OTOH, she gave Italy, the prosecution, and basically everyone else the middle finger. She certainly didn't act innocent.

When you're a defendant in a murder case, NEVER smile sarcastically in court.

NBC news reported that the defense tried to discredit DNA evidence submitted by the prosecution, so there was forensic evidence. Not having followed the case (I could give a rat's @ss) I am taking NBC news' report at face value.
 
Well I hope she is guilty......cause it sounds like the cops and prosecution are the three stooges.

I know I had a chance of a possible prison term because with no evidence against me. This is in the USA which is supposed to be the best legal system in the world. I pity anybody who might get accused of something in any other country......

I am not saying she is not guilty. But I have my doubts. I'm glad I didn't have any of you guys on my defense team 18 years ago. I would have been screwed.
 
The only forensic is blood in the sink from the victim and supposedly mixed w/ some "DNA" from Miss Knox.

All you guys can think about is she is Hot and guilty......pathetic......................

Whatever happened to seeing things from all angles. I will admit that they do show pictures and video of her that seems to show strange facial emotions. But does that make her guilty? A lot of guilty people never look guilty, does that make them innocent?


Problem is evidence can be mixed up and manipulated and used against the wrong person. So who is guilty the first guy? Or Amanda Knox and her boyfriend. I guess all three. I guess it must have been a kinky threesome murder?

Like I said, she could be guilty, but it's supposed to be beyond a shadow of a doubt. At least in the USA.....Sounds like the Italian jury was allowed to read all the sensationalized press while they were serving as jury.....
That can't be good if you were in her shoes.
 
The difference here, in MOST capital cases, you don't even qualify for the trouble unless they have a slam dunk. A defense is just there to make sure they don't violate your remains in the process. The way it looks in Italy... it's even more of a circus and more integrated into their political and entertainment scheme.

I guess they can't use the Colosseum.
 
Gary, I would have loved to see her and some other hotties battle it out in the colosseum.

I read through some of the stories on different sites and I can not say for a fact if she is guilty or innocent.
 
There appears to be some drama with the prosecutor and the fact that they did convict someone of the killing. I'm sure it's got more to it. There's an appeal process and whatnot.

It would seem a waste. 25 years will put some mileage on that pretty face.

The defense wasn't allowed to interview the jurors to find bias prior to trial.

I don't know if she's guilty or not, but you take a lot of chances residing in a foreign country. Why couldn't she just go hitchhiking in Iraq near the Iran border like other kids her age?
