Imagine that. You're living on processed foods, a heavy coffee drinker and hard liquor drinker. And now you have serious health issues because of your dietary habits.
You'll probably be chasing this the rest of your life-most people continue with the same cycle of garbage foods and pills in an attempt to mask the problem rather than make dietary changes that will fix the problem.
Get yourself to a doctor and find out exactly what's wrong and how to correct it. But if you really want to know the root cause of the problem, look at the things you stuff into your mouth.

OP, don't worry, you can handle some tough love. (i'm 6'3 and 228lb former 260lb)
my opinion is only your missus/life-changing-event can make you change all 3 things at once, so probably you can start changing at least one, or mixing them.
reduce the hard liquor and coffee intake (how about 1 pot of coffee and a nice coffee liquor from time to time)
don't try red wine till' your acid stuff are sorted.
probably ACV also...
eat more veggies! probably fruits also. make sure you know which ones to avoid (gives you the gas, long time to digest, gives you acid....)
listen to your missus. i'm sure after 27 years she knows more stuff about you/your bads/gods than you do.

Start with your meal. Hot dogs and mac and cheese?? Good food once in a while, but NOT what anyone should say first and foremost that they ate.

Processed foods are packed with sugars and other acid creating garbage.

Try fresh foods (but watch tomatos). Lemon in water (no sugar) actually can have an alkaline effect, so drink some of that and report back.

Are you overweight? Id imagine so, that will make it worse with the mass on your stomach overcoming its topside sphincter.

Weight, food, time to digest before bed, lots of things to consider before covering it up with drugs...

Back to the sugar thing: so many processed foods are loaded with them; taking a couple minutes to choose the same product with less sugar in it will go a long way to helping.
