Happened both ways to me, not too long ago in line at Walmart, the lady ahead had some commercial tax exempt account, she insisted on paying for my stuff. My BFF had her phone stolen, she needs it to actually Clock in her Job, I bought her new phone, case etc, she is my best friend,
I tip pretty good. Usually 30 to 50+%. I have had a waitress or two almost in tears. A lifetime ago I was a dishwasher and I know how hard a job being a waitress is. So glad I can afford it. Makes me feel sooooooo good!!
So, today 10am I did it again. Was at UPS Store sending item back to Amazon. Woman I work with who’s in payroll couldn’t print her return label. Sent me screenshot of it, I emailed it to UPS email they gave me. I paid the $2.ZZ to print it out. She was so shocked, beyond words. Then we went to mall, and had a bit of lunch and coffee. I can’t help it; everyone that’s less fortunate for whatever reason, and f I can help I will. I have a beater Camry that’s reliable considering so what do I have to lose?
