Ok, let me try to spell it out for you. Those shoes are not quality shoes for your situation. They are 1/3 the price because they're cheap, low quality shoes that don't have the support you need.
You don't have any idea what you're looking for-period. If you purchase a pair of running/walking shoes that do not correct your issue, you'll only make it worse. For example, if you overpronate and buy a cheap pair of WalMart shoes that do not compensate for your level of pronation, you'll only make it worse. If you have arch issues, if you do not purchase shoes with the correct amount of support, you'll only make it worse.
Can I be any more clear?
There may very well be shoes in the stores you mentioned that have the correct pronation/supination correction, and there may very well be shoes that have proper arch support. The fact is that you don't have a clue what you need, and you won't have a clue until you talk to someone who knows what they're doing and can assess your problems. They can arm you with what you need to look for in a shoe, and then you'll at least have some idea of what you are doing.
You are in pain, your feet are telling you something, yet you refuse to listen. Continue to refuse to listen and you'll suffer the rest of your life.
