Another interesting thread. I think that cops of any color have a certain level of hate for career criminals and 24-7-365 predators-and they usually know who they are. They would like them 'gone'or 'disappeared' as they see how they drag down neighborhoods and society. Many never contibute and hurt everybody and everything around them. These problems are multi-generational and our 'leaders' do little but apply band-aids. Serious family planning and education-in that order.
