5w-20 and 0w-20 in Lexus rx330?

Walmart has a clearance sale on valvoline 5w-20 synthetic and 0w-20 mobil 1 syn. Could I run either of these in a lexus RX 330? The manufacture calls for a 5w30

^^ Our vehicles are not back speced for it.Will it hurt any thing? More than likely not. I was considering the same thing myself.

P.S the back spec I believe is to 2006.

What year is your RX. There was a TSB back spec'ing 5w20. I am running 0w20 Toyota brand oil in my 2006 400h which is the same 3mzfe motor as in the 330, but detuned for the hybrid system. My contact at the Toyota dealership confirmed that 0w20 was back spec'd to run in my vehicle. I cannot see any reason you couldn't run a 5 or 0 at one end with the 20 on the other.

2004 Lexus. If it is ok, i think i will go see if they have anymore. It was a pretty good deal
