IOLM at 0%. Semi synthetic blend oil and a Motorcraft filter were used. Two things happened this cycle: the dealer reflashed the ECU to address several updates and the truck was parked through the coldest part of the winter. I don't know if either one is responsible for the decrease in fuel dilution. The first three numbers are from 5W20 and the last two are 5W30. The next UOA will be for the new Kendall SN plus which no longer uses Ti. The truck has occasional LSPI.

Your 8 cylinder non turbo engine should not suffer from LSPI. That seems to affect small displacement 4 cylinder engines that have DI and are Turbo. Perhaps you have plain old engine knock or pinging, not as fatal as LSPI.

#1. This engine has 16 injectors, not the earlier 8. #2. Ford has a service bulletin re: the subject.
