2017 Hyundai Sonata - Oil Recommendation

I run Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 in both my Kias that list 5w-20 as 'preffered' and 5w30 as an option - no gas mileage diff and cars seem to be happier with 5w30, I tried both viscosities in both for a couple of OCs with same PP.

Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 is a thinner 5W30 where as Mobil 1 5W30 is thicker ... If I was on the fence as a 5W20 user , I would choose the Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 .
