Sounds like a pretty good report. I'm not attuned to what a lot of these details mean, but it's exciting to hear that it sounds like the engine is pretty healthy.
Some of these early M278/4.7 biturbo V8's have a known issue around this mileage for having loss of compression due to cylinder scoring. I guess the cylinder coating fails and it's all downhill from there. While I haven't had any issues, I was hoping to see if I was headed in a good direction as I'd like to get a lot of years out of this car -- it has treated us exceptionally well thus far. I suppose a few more samples to establish good baselines will help, but for now I'll keep on keeping on.

Any thoughts/comments are welcomed.

You might want to edit out your personal information. Blackstone has a box you can tick when you download the report that removes all that.

I think you'd get marginally better results with Molygen 5w40...
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll see if they can use that product moving forward. What improvements can I expect from that particular oil as compared to the leichtlauf?

Is this ideal if the average one has bore scoring
OP mentions they have been known to have issues on the early ones but no mention of the factual rate of failure. We would need to know the average failure rate & units sold to determine the odds of it happening to OP or that it's even "average". I'm not aware of any of that data but the MB forums might have more info on their solution?
