Yep, received that, and the part number for the recall also includes this same paperwork with a sticker to be installed in the engine bay.
Issue i'm having an many others, it's taking agonizingly long to have this resolved with FCA. Submitted my claim on 5/19, had the recall done on 5/29 and FCA still dragging their feet on sending me the settlement offer letter. Some people started receiving their checks end of last week.
