I'm surprised there's such a difference in the US.
There's not; those same things are unacceptable here as well. It's clear that antiqueshell has had some pretty negative experiences at dealerships and that's too bad. I've had some poor experiences as well, but the good experiences far outweigh the bad for me.
I'm not saying ALL stores are bad...just most of them...
After all I am certainly not alone in my experiences..
there is a reason why the term "$tealership" was coined, and it wasn't just because of a few people having bad experiences.
