I have been using this in my son's car for the last year. With two oil changes every 5K, it is running really great for a 99 Olds Aurora with 120K miles. Yesterday I looked with a flashlight in the oil fill tube and was shocked to see that it looked like new inside. This oil really cleaned up the engine... Wow. I was really surprised to see it look like new. I will keep running this oil until the Olds dies...

The Maxlife blend is excellent oil. Lots of moly and zinc in it. For the price, the 30% Synthetic with GRP-III Conventional is unbeatable. I got the 10W-40 in mine for now, will probably switch to 5W-30 before winter if I get the first 3k mile OCI in before then.

I noticed a 1-2 years ago that it looked very dark brown under the cap. When I looked yesterday I was shocked to see how clean it looked. His car will continue to use the Maxlife semi because it seems to work great cleaning it up and the engine has really smoothed out. Seems to be a great product for high mileage cars.
