I went back to walmart to pickup the 10w-30 Rotella. It was actually 11.77/gallon, not the $13 I thought it was.
Theres no shelf tag for it, only the 15w-40 but it rang up fine. I don't think its a regularly stocked item there, but I'll be checking it every time I get the chance. I asked the workers, they said no oil in the back whatever they have is on the shelves.
The RTS is plentiful, so theres always a backup option.

Wow, look at the Moly. Look at the Zn & Ph. Other than the Iron, that UOA looks great. Not sure what cSt @ 100 deg.C is out of the bottle but for a 30 weight it couldn't have sheared much at all. Awesome, thanks for the link.

I've been checking walmart daily for over a week After some more digging, I found another supplier from the "where to buy" link on shell's website. Came out to $40/case, with 3 gallon jugs to a case. Wasn't that far away either, about 30 miles one way. Just happy to get my hands on some.
Told the lady on the phone 4 cases before I went to pick it up because that seemed like a nice round number. With the 2 gallons I got from walmart, that comes to 14. You know your in it deep when you don't mind using up all that shelf space
