It was because I was having my oil changes done at the dealer. That is stopping now seeing I can't trust the bulk oil they were putting in. I have heard such good things about TGMO.

To everyone that knows this oil, is this true? It has a viscosity index over 210 but has such a warm pour point of -27c???? Is it a typo? As a person who lives in a climate that goes down to -40c, I am concerned. PP 5w20 has a pour point of -51c.

The oil is fine. Stop being neurotic "the sky is falling" oil users. The engine isn't broken in and will continue to for a while. It's a hot engine with a hotter cam.

I am not a fan of oil burning in either context. I picked this oil up at Walmart on special and I hope it isn't a [censored] product. I might try out Castrol Syntec 5w20 and see how it does. Anything I should worry about with it?

Anyone else notice that PP tends to burn off more than other oils which leads to more topping up? I am noticing on my 2005 300c HEMI that I have had to top up over a liter over the past month or so. Seems to happen when doing highway driving. Oil has 4300 miles on it. It didn't happen at all...

I would avoid anything that high mileage and that old. Going to kill you with maintanence costs immediately, or over the years ahead.
