I've never tried this stuff before, but my local ACO hardware had this on sale for $3.49 a qt. Says it meets the SM service code. Thought for the price what the heck. Anyone have opinions or experience with this stuff?

It's made by Conoco/Phillips, the bottle looks just like the Kendall Titanium (only a red bottle not silver). I run it in my Mazda6 which has the 3.0L Duratech (Ford) engine. All seems fine so far, and for $4.99 a qt. at AAP I'll keep buying it! It's regarded as a very good lube.

BG is good stuff, got it in my Mazda6 (Asin/Warner 6spd. ATX).

I've never noticed any increase in either HP, mileage, or throttle response in any of the vehicles I've tried them in. But, I've also never had a problem using them (i.e.-MAF fouling). I tossed the one in my Mazda6S and went back to an OEM paper type. I actually think I get better throttle...

Did mine on Monday (3/22). '07 Mazda6 3.0L 6qts. MC Full Synthetic 5w20 and a MC 820S filter. I also put one-o-those Gold Plug magnetic drain plugs in. We'll see what happens.
