You should question the oil brand BEFORE purchasing.

It's a good, trusted oil brand. I would use it in an uncontaminated(fuel/coolant) engine for up-to 8K.... depending on how much city/stop & go miles you travel.

That's a waste, frankly. Try about 2x that amount on the full syn.
You could run 5k miles on ST SM/GF-4.

I ran dino for 6k miles in my Fusion and my UOA came back fine. I believe the OEM recommendation for 7.5k miles is spot on. Today's cleaner running engines and better quality oils can go much farther than most think.

It's made by Conoco/Phillips, the bottle looks just like the Kendall Titanium (only a red bottle not silver). I run it in my Mazda6 which has the 3.0L Duratech (Ford) engine. All seems fine so far, and for $4.99 a qt. at AAP I'll keep buying it! It's regarded as a very good lube.

Ford Mod-Motors love MC 5-20, either full or semi-syn. We have over a million miles on a wide variety of E/F 150-250-350's using 5-20 MC semi, with nary an issue. Good stuff..
