You are misinformed the CVO Road King does not have liquid cooling or the technology (infotainment system) you are referring to.
You are confusing it with the CVO Limited which use to be the CVO Ultra.
Some of the non-CVO bikes come in liquid cooling with the infotainment system. Look at the Project Rushmore set of bikes..
