When I remember trucks now considered "old"/"antique" when they were brand new.

Driving through northwest Oklahoma late Thursday night, I heard on the radio the Route 66 association is having the largest classic car parade in history, I think they stated 6,000 cars.
What really caught my eye was the definition of classic cars for the parade. 1996 model year and older. Who would have thought a 1996 vehicle would be considered a classic.

About 10yrs ago, both AARP and Maxim Men’s magazine arrived in the mailbox but I needed my reading glasses to find out who was the month’s cover girl. Lol
OMG no bacon what could be worse.......really I had to look up when Bob Hope died..2003 I would have guessed further back...he lived a long life...made me laugh a lot they don't make comedians like they used to that's for sure.

Grand Cherokee for me all day long. Picture of a crash one of our customer's was in about 3 years ago. Home from the hospital 3 hours after the collision. Had a bad concussion, bought another GC as a replacement. GC would do better than 15 mpg. Driving one right now.
When you can't figure out how to reset the oil life on something older than a 2013/ You can't repair any vehicle older than a 2013,/ You're wife is just about done with menopause,/ You stop making testosterone and need to take replacement injections / You could care less about an infotainment system/ You'd rather start a car with a key than a button / Arthritis destroyed you're back & you needed 2 surgeries to repair it, till the next one / You're Endocrinologist can't control you're Thyroid that well anymore / You're calendar is full of doctor appointments / You love taking afternoon naps / You're retired / You rather go to a car wash than wash it yourself / You're gums are receding and need to use special toothpaste / Still use Ivory Bar soap in the shower / Still wear over the calf socks / Not allowed to eat bacon-egg-cheese on a bagel anymore / Discovered you now have diabetes / Using a flip phone with Consumer Cellular / text with one finger on you're daughter's phone / Still finding the letters on a keyboard & using 2 fingers to type....I could keep typing,,,,but that's enough
