Oh, I don't know. I see plenty of people who put $3000 worth of tires and rims, $2000 worth of stereo, and hundreds of dollars of other kee-rap on a $1500 car.

I don't really get it either, but let's not forget that, 1) it's a free country, and if you buy it, you're free to do to it anything that's consistent with the law, and 2) more fundamentally, why is it necessary to judge the choices of others by someone else's standards? I don't really want a Yaris either, but hey, if nothing else, the car offers much more opportunity for real, usable enhancements than many other cars would.

I own a yaris and a valkyrie.
The engine size is the same,except the bike has 6 pistons.
I just would prefer to wait till the parts actually wear out before replacing them.
Nothing like out engineering the Toyota motor company in a kids garage.
