XG4386 Replacement

Does anyone make an oil filter to replace XG4386 with a 99% at 20 microns? Can't seem to find these available anywhere from fram anymore, they suggest using the smaller size XG4967. I would like to keep the larger size and the XG3600 won't fit in my application. Purolator and Wix make them, but they don't have the same efficiency.

Pentius makes a PLXL4386 than I’m using on my whole house generator. You can also use an STP Extended Life S3600XL or a PG195EX. Both of those are about 4” long.
