Round-Abouts in Charlotte, NC. NOBODY here knows how to use them. People stopping while IN the circle. Face Palm.........
Also, I think Charlotte has the largest contingent of people that like to drive a few miles per hour UNDER the speed limit. It's maddening....

Given what you describe, driving slowly is probably a good thing.
I'm surprised that Louisiana isn't listed on there more often, what with all their drive through daiquiri stands.
TX takes the honors for consistently being the worst state on the list.

In the city where I work, too many folks do not understand what a merge lane is. It's maddening.
That's not a "merge" lane, it's MY lane. Get out of the way, LOL.
I think there is an epidemic of terrible drivers nationwide. Lane discipline is lacking (left lane hogs) and that is the root of a lot of issues including safety. Pass the car and get back to the right! Hogging the passing lane makes people do unsafe acts to pass those people. Then you have the non mergers who try to merge on a freeway at 30mph when traffic is going no less than 65mph and they THINK you have to let them over! No - you are merging into my right of way, It is to the point that I will always be considerate of mergers who are trying to get on and I alway move over a lane if I can. BUT if a car is not trying and I cant get over lane - their butts WILL be on the shoulder! They are being inconsiderate NOT me as it is my lane and I should not have to slow down from 65+ to your 30 to let you in - hellll nooo.
Having lived in Columbus Ohio for a few years I don’t understand how it’s not somehow on this list.
I saw a bumper sticker the other day, it said: "Turn signal broken, watch for finger".
Another case of statistics misleading you. Victorville doesn't have the second worst drivers in the country. San Bernadino does (I would argue they are the worst). The stats are based upon the bad San Bernadino drivers getting in accidents passing thru Victorville on their way to and from home.
Have you tried to drive on the Interstates in Michigan where everyone thinks the left lane is the only lane, and they have their cruise set 1mph under the speed limit and refuse to yield to the right for any reason??
Why would people even want to exceed the posted safe speed? Think of the children!

Our drivers are that much WORSE
I hate those. Not many here but there is one at a Casino a couple hrs away. They are dangerous and should be outlawed. Nobody including me nows what do do. Especially if you are not familiar with the area and are in the inside lane. once in that lane you cant get out because of the constant flow of cars in the outside lane. The only way out is to stop,turn on your blinker and weezel into the outer lane so you can exit.
Every time we have been there we have narrowly missed being in an accident.
I think every "urban engineering" program has decided that the roundabouts are da bomb because they are putting them in all over the place around here.
