I changed my oil a few days ago.
My car : Chevrolet Sonic 2016 hatchback. 1.4l turbo, 74500 kilometers total mileage (46292 miles) , mostly city driving here in Toronto, Canada, where it gets cold in winter and hot in summer.
Mileage : I've driven 11500 kilometers, (7145 miles) since my last oil change in August 2020.
This oil change, I did it myself.
I used an OEMTools Manual Fluid Extractor.
The oil : Valvoline Synthetic 5w 30, the same oil as my last oil change, on sale at Walmart, $28 Canadian ($22.36 USD) for 4.7 liter jug (5 quarts).
I use Valvoline because it seems as good as the other synthetic oils at Walmart, all around $28 CAN (Castrol Edge, Mobil 1, Pennzoil, Quaker State, Castrol)
Filter : This change I used a Wix 57674 cartridge. Made in Poland, same filter as last time.
I disposed of the old oil at a nearby Canadian Tire that I use, they take old oil for free.

The used Wix filter looks fine.
I don't see any metal particles.
