wix cartridge oil filter??????

good afternoon fellas. i have a honda trx 300 fourtrax atv. i ave always used the honda brand oil filter and had good luck. but, the bitoger in me is asking myself if the wix brand might be a better quality filter or at least equal to the honda brand cartridge oil filter. what are your opinions to those who have used the wix brand cartridge oil filter in your honda atv's?

I don't know about the Wix for the TRX, but the Baldwin for that application is listed as "made in China".

I only pay $4 or $5 for the Honda original filter at the dealership, aren't Wix a little more expensive? The original looks as good as a Wix to me, and they still look good after 2 years use when I change them.
