Just as an FYI, topic filter has been discussed this subforum before in linked thread, same OP. I don't know 'specifically' about the media, but what I can see of the rest of the filter including the compression spring, adbv design with nubs and the element/core, looks pretty much like Wix construction 'to me'. Considering efficiency, which is quite good, most likely media from an outside supplier. Microglass media with silicone adbv from Wix site info, noted in my previous post.

Powerstroke 6.7: Motorcraft 2051s vs Wix/Napa 7151
Here’s a motorcraft 2051s and a NAPA Gold/Wix 7151 cut open. The filter media on the Napa/wix is slightly narrower but both are equal length. The Napa is wire backed synthetic media. I had to use a grinder to separate it. I was able to pull the motorcraft paper out by hand. I know which one...
