Anything that mentions ice and/or will not take studs is not going to last for long in summer conditions. Real snow tires, like the Firestone winterforce and most of the "maypop" brands are made of a harder compound, will at least live on hot pavement and make decent gravel tires.

I haven't had the chance yet to swap out the tires on the Subaru. I'm running the Ice Xi2's. These should definitely not be used in the summer months. Putting the fact that wear will be significantly faster during this time a year, how do you think these tires would do on the beach in hot weather?

I took it on the beach a few weeks ago, but it was in the 50's at the time. It will be 90F at IBSP this Saturday. I can't find any info on how a winter tire would do in the sand. It's ridiculous I know. lol.

I was impressed with how well the car did in the sand a few weeks ago. It sounds like airing down is far more important than the tire type.

I started running used studable snowtires in the summer on the Tracker as mild off road tires. They are practically free and seem to last fairly well. Also once they are down to 2/3 or less tread depth they don't seem much louder than all-season tires but do grip in the fields much better than the all-seasons I've had.
The Tracker also rarely sees even 65mph, but if I wanted to do 80mph on 120F pavement with a full car load, I might not run them. Some of the cheap snow tires are only rated to 85mph.

We ran a set of Blizzaks on the '97 Accord year 'round and they were pretty well gone after about 25K.
I had gotten them on clearance from TR for very little money, so I wasn't concerned, and they really did shine in winter use.
They are really squirmy under all conditions and are not especially good in rain, particularly wrt wet braking.
If I had just bought a car on nearly new dedicated winters, I'd find a set of rims at a yard or on CL and mount an inexpensive set of AS tires for summer use.
The Michelins are not going to have a long life in warm weather use and are also not especially fun to drive on.
