Windshield washer fluid - DYI mix?

I buy the de-icer at Walmart. I might go through two gallons a year with two cars in Delaware. It's maybe $3 a gallon. Why think a lot about this?

I think it should be a pretty decent product at least, in line with the P21S, 1Z, Würth, and concentrates of that nature.

Could be sourced from one of them as well. Not really familiar with Vaico/Vierol, but they seem more like a distributor than a manufacturer to me.
