Will Auto-rx Affect UOA?

This may be a stupid question, but I would think that it would have been asked before. I couldn't find an answer by searching.

I added a bottle of Auto-rx to my crankcase with 2,000 miles on the existing oil. I will drain it at 3,500. This is in a Celica with 53,000 highway miles.

The engine currently contains Valvoline 5w30. After the Auto-rx rinse I will change to Mobil 1.

If I do a used oil analysis now will the Auto-rx skew the results? If not now, when would be the best time to do it?
