Why no full synthetic HDEO 30wt?

Not sure about the others (Mobil, Valvoline, etc), but why no T6, full synthetic 5w30 or 10w30 from Shell Rotella, especially with all the new diesels moving to a 30wt recommendation?

There's Rotella T6 multi-vehicle 5W30. Chevron Delo 400 XSP 5W30, Delvac ESP 5W30, and Delvac Extreme 10W30.
