I've seen NASCAR threads on all kinds of unrelated forums. BITOG not having one seems really odd.
If I had known they were that fast !I record several races a year, Bristol, Daytona, Martinsville then FF through the fluff. I can watch a 500 mile race in an hour.
Can’t do it.Races are too long. When it takes half a day-night to run a race, who has that much boredom and-or time?
I can watch all that matters in a 500 mile race in the last 20 laps. Oops - snarky comment.I DVR several races a year, Bristol, Daytona, Martinsville then FF through the fluff. I can watch a 500 mile race in an hour.
Do you realize YOU can create one ?I've seen NASCAR threads on all kinds of unrelated forums. BITOG not having one seems really odd.
If someone searches for "nascar", they might find it, but having this 'topic' buried a) in a sub-forum for "lubrication" and then lumped together with racing oils and engines seems like an afterthought.but we have a sub-forum dedicated to race car teams, driver, etc ...
I never understood how Toyota was added. Stock car racing was based on a RWD, V8, carbureted car, sold to the public. Toyota never had that.I think the fall of nascar began with national races.....outside the southeast. It made it impossible for the normal folk to try their hand in racing. Too expensive
That and Toyota being in nascar.
