I just did my first OC with QSUD full synthetic 5w-30'in my new to me 2006 Volvo XC90 along with a Mann filter and a drain a fill on the transmission with 3.5 qts. Of Toyota Type-IV 3309 fluid and a replacement of a leaky trans. Cooler.
I have used the same oil several times before for OCs in my wife's 04 Saab Aero which has a high compression turbo. I think it's fine oil at a fair price. Got a good deal on it a few weeks back at AA with a Driveworks filter...which was pretty solid too.
