I may have found some info on zinc and phosphorus levels, albeit not for the straight 30.
Found a link for this site on Google that showed a Caterpillar VOA of SH rated Kendall GT-1 5w30, and zinc was about 1350 and phosphorus somewhere around 1200, then found a list showing Kendall GT-1 20W-50 "vintage"(no mention of API service, just that it was green), showing 1415 zinc and 1229 phosphorus.
