The first year we moved here (1997) we locked in at 52 cents a gallon....
We own our tank (purchased with the house) so we can shop around if need be. But our local co-op has been cheapest every year and their service is great.
We usually prepay for 600 gallons or so-that seems to last us all season with some left over. We're currently still using the fuel we purchased in 2004, but that should be finished up next fill.
