Don't overthink it, the XG7317 will be OK change oil every 5000 miles is best

Go over to the oil filter section, the filters can leak internally bypassing the filter media due to ruffled Metal leafs that do not seal.

The new Mobil 1 that are made in South Korea. If you have a Rural King near you, they average $2 cheaper there.

I took it as the OP buying oil and filter at Walmart. However there is nothing wrong with getting your oil changed at Walmart. Little know fact is you can buy whatever oil and filter off the shelf plus $29.99 for them to change the oil. I would argue that is better than bulk oil and a OEM filter at a dealer.
