I hope you dont expect any type of tranny fluid to give you any type of power increase. You might change shift characteristics if you put type F tranny fluid in your tranny. It might make the tranny shift harder. It can/will also hurt your tranny life.
None. Fluid changes will not make more than a percent or few difference in power transmission through the drivetrain so long as you stay with the recommended viscosities. That's not enough to feel.
