What's a good drink that doesn't destroy teeth?

Water making you tired could be your addiction to sugar - once blood sugar levels drop, you get tired. With soft drinks, you flood your body with sugar constantly, so you never notive the problem. That this is not very healthy needs not to be mentioned...

There was one commenter proposing beer. That should not be ridiculed. A bavarian white beer is a perfect match for any isotonic sports drink, nutrient-wise.
You would not want to get drunk at work, but some brewers make decent alcohol-free beers. Franziskaner and Neumarkter Lammsbräu in their "alkoholfrei" variants taste (to me) nearly indistinguishable to a "real" beer.

Even 1 beer will make your breath smell though, not ideal when talking to customers.

I went to this new pizza place where they cook the pie in 90 seconds or something close to that. They had the best water I've ever had. It was in a clear glass dispenser filled with lemons and sprigs of green plants that I'm guessing were basil, peppermint etc. I'd go back just for the water! I'd like the recipe for the water.

Another place I went to also had very good ice water that was garnished with cucumbers.

I think i'll just start rinsing with water. I don't drink too many gatorades a day. Maybe one coke and one Gatorade late in the day to give me my last little boost to finish off the day. I can drink water until it's coming out of my ears, but sometimes you just need a little sugar boost I guess. You should see the floor of my truck after a couple days, filled with empty water and Gatorade bottles. Still not exactly sure what's going on with my gums though, it's the top left gum of my mouth feels swollen I guess. It's been getting better though. I'm thinking maybe I injured it because I was eating tacos and I felt a shell jab at my gums when I bit down. The last couple days I've swished hydrogen peroxide and it seems to be getting better, sometimes I don't notice it at all. If it doesn't get better in the next few days I'll have to go to the dentist and see what's up I guess.

It's very good for the liver/ detoxing.

Water, or black coffee. I lost my sweet tooth, so I no longer drink sodas. Fruit juice, I often cut with water. Flavored seltzer mixed with juice, Another vote for lemon or lime juice added plain water.

Perhaps, although it seems still to be an alternative.

Too bad it's not cheap. Last time I bought some O'Doul's it was $10/12pack. I think it's gone up since then.

I'm pretty sure lemon is acidic, although mixing a little bit with water, I'm not exactly sure what the PH would be. I don't know if it would be as bad as coke. I think vitamin water would be good.

Sounds like the OP needs to change his diet some if he is running out of energy. Perhaps some small, healthy snacks?

Water with NUUN or equivalent can help on the days you sweat like a prostitute in church. Otherwise just water or water with lemon or some such tasty thing is good.
