Fram oil filter
3000 mile change intervals
115K miles and running strong.
 
'00 GMC Jimmy 2wd
AC PF52 filter
Red Line 10w30 (after current RX treatment)

'89 BMW 325is
BMW oil filter (probably made by Mahle; p/n OC49)
Red Line 10w30 (may be going back to 10w40?)
 
1999½ Volkswagen Golf TDI (110,000 miles)
Mann or Mahle/Knecht cartridge filter
Mobil Delvac-1 5W-40 oil
alternate oil is Amsoil 10W-40
Drain interval is 10,000 miles while burning B-20 to B-50 biodiesel.

1999 BMW 323i (35,000 miles)
Mann cartridge filter
Mobil Delvac-1 5W-40 oil
alternate oil is Amsoil 10W-40
Drain interval is 7500 miles.
 
2002 Nissan Maxima (9k miles)
Mobil 1 5w30
Nissan OEM filter
4k miles interval

1997 Mercury Villager (87k miles)

Mobil 1 M1-301 - oversized (thinking of changing to Napa Gold FIL 1515)
6 month oil and filter changes (thinking of going to 1 year changes)

2) 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 (wifes)
All same as above

3) 2000 Mercedes E55 AMG (part-time vehicle)
Red Line 10W-30
Hengst oil filter
1 year oil and filter changes (at least thats my plan, I haven't had it that long yet!)

K&N Air Filter/Air Silencer Removed
3000 mile/or 3 month oil change interval

Super Tech oil filters and Chevron Supreme.

Each oil change costs me $8. I can do it 4 times a year and it'd cost $5 less than doing it once with Mobil 1 plus a K&N oil filter. As for excess waste - I recycle my used oil and oil filters.
