Bill Brasky was my fave, he always had the best stories, and pulled some of the greatest achievments known to man.

Seriously tho, my fave is a guy who uses screen name "JH3RZ"? or something. He used to hang out on roadfly with me when he had his e30 bmw. good guy but he never returned any of my emails...a real SOB now that I think of it :P

Once I realized oil was oil my original purpose here expired.

Gary Allan & John Browning's world views always amuse.

As did Obbop's and Mori's. Pablo inspired me to build a motorized bike.

CapriRacer and Chris142 bring useful info to the table. StevieC has an opinion on everything, esp undercoating.

+1 on The Critic's brake and hand tool information. The guy is a walking brake job encyclopedia!

PandaBear, I see you work at Sandisk.

I love my Sansa 2gb player! Works like a champ and sounds incredible for how small it is. The sound is better than my wife's comparable Apple product!
 
Bill, as he stands against the crowd on some issues and doesn't fold because he holds to his beliefs. Funny, knowledgeable and resolute. I think of him as the Sherman Tank of BITOG.
 
Of course, Johnny, and I miss filterguy. Both were straight forward about who they worked for and skipped the hype and astroturff. Both had good technical information. Filterguy did sort of waffle on different types and quality of media. PeteC is another one honest about who he is.

...and PandaBear for quoting me. Haha bro I finally figured out Materia a bit. I got FF7 downloaded to the PSP(1.2 gigs) its awesome on the PSP. The graphics look brand new on the PSP. I hope you get a PS3 soon now that the price has dropped. Trade the Wii!
 
Allow me to turn this one around, sort of. IMO, this site works, and persists, not because of the contributions of any one member or small group of members, but rather, because we have reached a critical mass consisting of many, many good members who do their best to keep this place worth coming to. Sure, we've lost some valued members over time, and yet, while it has grown and changed, the site has remained a solid, valuable resource for those who take it seriously. Presuming to speak for the other members of the "management team," we appreciate everyone, from the most experienced to the total new guys, who are willing to do their part to keep this site what it is. Thanks to all of you.
 
ekpolk is running for office, LOL.

But seriously, he makes a great point. It's not just one person, but a team, a, dare I say it, synergy of folks gathered who while individually flawed, work well together most of the time.
 
My list would be very long if I wrote them all down, so I will just say this:

I respect Pablo, Gary, and Salesrep for their professionalism.

I respect Doug Hillary and TomNJ for their knowledge.

I admire Helen for the way she has kept this site going and appreciate the support of Patman since the beginning of BITOG.

I also appreciate being mentioned in some of these post along side many more that I respect.
 
I'm fond of all members that make this site possible.

The old ones and the new ones are all great.

Thanks for being part of BITOG, I've enjoyed it over the last 8 years
