They're all about the same - just pick the one that floats your boat. You will also need a drill (or die grinder) and high speed wire wheel to clean the areas that the hub cleaning attachment does not reach.

3M green scrubby and simple green.

I would avoid ones where the scrubber is held on by Velcro. There are also slightly different diameter. That can matter if you want the scrubber to clean between the stud and inner raised circle.

I use whichever wire wheel that I happened to grab first. Last time it was this end brush but more often it's a standard wheel brush that I've had so long that I have no idea where I got them. This one needs pretty high RPM to speed up the work compared to a typical wheel brush, but does get into a little tighter spaces:

Gotta be careful with wire wheels. They can make heavy rust shiny instead of removing it.
