What is this thing? (Ingersoll Rand)

as far as "what do they use it for": I don't see any pipe or air line running to it. I only see the air connection on the right side. they must periodically connect it to an air line.

normally one chooses a screw compressor over a reciprocating compressor for heavy use commercial and industrial settings.

Who are you QAing for, ShopRite? I see Cento there, but I think their plant is in Deptford.

We have some Ferrara beans that say that they come from West Deptford. We sometimes have cans from Goya as well

I am part of the growing company called Hello Fresh.. my wife works at a nearby Shoprite

Let's see the updated Ingersoll Rand unit.

Turns out it is oil cooled, is why it is so quiet. Something about how two screws work against each other, and force out air.

I got it when I thought of an air impact socket wrench at a tire shop.
