what is the best filter for my LT1 Stroker?

i used to buy purolator pure one at murray's in michigan, but the bastards stopped carrying it recently.

other than the mobil 1 filters, what else is a good filter?

Hey Taner welcome aboard my friend!

I think the K&N oil filter would work awesome in your LT1, just like I'm planning on putting one in mine. The long filter number for us is the HP3002. I like the K&N because it flows an extremely high volume of oil, but also filters down smaller than most filters and it's built like a tank too, with a 550-600psi burst strength (most others are closer to 200psi)

Another good filter that doesn't cost too much is the Bosch Premium.
