What is the best anti west additive in diesel motor oil?

Phosphorus? Zinc? Moly? Boron?

I’ve seen on the HDEO’s that one oil might have a LOT of moly and boron but kinda meh levels of phosphorus or zinc.

And then some HDEO’s have a lot of phosphorus and zinc but meh moly and boron. Or no moly and a lot of boron

A combination of various chemistry.

There a million different combinations of chemistrys one can use in a formulation.

Phosphorus or Sulphur given that most every hard metal out there’s phosphate or sulphide is what gets used for wear protection. As @MolaKule says the chemistry will vary widely for much the same result.

ZDDP ester molecules are the main source of Phosphorus which includes Phosphorus, Zinc, and Sulfur atoms. ZDDP esters act as Anti-wear and anti-oxidant agents.

There ARE other Anti-wear and anti-oxidant agents that may be incorporated in a formulation as well.

Is there a specific question here?
Yes, people focus on elements (probably due to the prevalence of spectrographic analyses) but it's always a compound, not bare elements that are used and are functional.
