I probably missed it but what are THEY saying NOW?
Has any ones asked/poked at them?
What did they say about the light path filters?

That’s what I am basically asking. We all pontificate and some go up the supply chain that we know but I always feel out of touch with inklings of people here reading but not postingHave they ever acknowledged issues to anyone publicly? I cant recall.
Whole lot hereA whole lot of "--------"

Agreed. I would say this is a troll post but it was started by Pablo, so?What's going on now?
I assume you just went through their online contact? (ie not a named contact)I emailed Fram and got crickets![]()
Yes. About a year ago. In all fairness I emailed Purolator and Premium Guard with the same results. I ended up calling them and getting answers.I assume you just went through their online contact? (ie not a named contact)
True. In fact many small companies now don't answer email. Terrible IMHO!The one thing that I have learned ever since I joined the internet in 1996 is that big oil companies (and filter manufacturers) rarely ever answer their emails. It hasn’t gotten any better since those days. I don’t even know why they bother putting an email address on their websites![]()
Light leakers. At least 5-10 posts running. A couple very active
Makes some level of senseIf Honda asks about defects, Fram upper levels will address defects and get them fixed. If I ask, why would they say anything, the ones answering phones, emails. They want their jobs. I wouldn’t say anything either. Upper levels hire people to answer phones and emails, and it shouldn’t be a word negative said. Purolator was too nice, and the escaped specs they probably didn’t understand them. They have the southern hospitality going on. Not so much anymore. Lost sales is not what they want.
